An Illustrator - Jentse Lenting

Jetse comes from a creative family and loved drawing and designing small hand held quirky characters. He made drawings of fantasy creatures, dragons and aliens, and designed R.T. the NZCAHF mascot.

Together with his mother and father and Childrens Art House friends Jetse made RT.

THE HON. RT H.M.H.V.  has become the legendry mascot travelling NZ for Children's Art

In 1999 when the sails of the Rainbow Warrior were given to the North Shore Children's Art House Jetse and his parents made THE RAINBOW DRAGON OF PEACE an Asian style dragon carried by 11 people which comes out to celebrate the significant events when children celebrate their creativity across the country. The dragon has traveled New Zealand and danced to celebrate in 2016 in the Government Gardens when the Rotorua Children`s Art House opened. Jetse went on to study at University of Auckland and completed a degree in Architecture. He now lives in Detroit and works as a graphic designer. He has a great interest in animation, travel and the Arts and has illustrated a French book of poems.  He speaks many languages and is married to his French sweetheart.
